| April 10, 2013 , Hefei NSK Ltd. commissioning ceremony . Mayor ZHANG Qing-jun , Seiko Corporation president Norio Otsuka commissioned jointly launched the opening button. The total investment of about $ 300 million , covers an area of 240 acres, the project is put into annual sales of 3.0 billion. The production of a project , on October 20, 2011 officially started construction.
